I. Construction products with CE marking

Czech version

For each construction product covered by a European harmonized standard or for which a European Technical Assessment has been issued in accordance with regulation (EU)  No 305/2011 (CPR) Declaration of performance shall be draw up and CE marking shall be affixed. Useful tools to meet these obligations are:

II. Construction products without CE marking

Products that are not covered by harmonized standards or that are not in accordance with the European Technical Assessment can not be CE marked. In accordance with CPR, these products are assessed according to the regulations of the State where they are placed on the market. It is Government Regulation no. 163/2002 Coll. as amended Government Order No. 312/2005 Coll. in the Czech Republic in this case.
